 901 Cart Filler Material
Anyone know what the white 901 cartridge filler material is. Any reason we cannot simply buy our own filler and cut to size rather than 50 cents per balnk???? The plastic tips could easilly be cleaned and reused for a VERY long time!!!

 Re: 901 Cart Filler Material
Hi Back, Mufftrix!!! --- I also thought of a solution. I went to a fabric store and bought a 60 inch by 50 inch sheet of polyester quilt filler batting - $4.50 - Will make hundreds and hundreds of fillers CHEAP!!! And I AM CHEAP!!!!

 Re: 901 Cart Filler Material
The Quit batting which can be found at any fabric store are even in Walmart does work quite well and is very inexpensive. It wicks the same as the original and it really is hard to say that there is a difference between it and the original--I could be wrong, but I just do not see, smell, feel, or taste any differnece IMO. Happy Vaping P.S. this works for the 801 and the RN4072 penstyes as well.

 Re: 901 Cart Filler Material
No particular brand. Just some in plastic bag would be good. Less chance of molds and bacteria/viruses being present. Suggest keep it enclosed in plastic until cutting for use.

 Re: 901 Cart Filler Material
I do not get too considered about contaminating issues with the batting as IMO it is what they use in the originals for cores. If you are concerned, boil a sheet for a couple of minutes in water. I do this all the time when so I can reuse spent cartridges. Let dry, repack, and it is as good as new.

 Re: 901 Cart Filler Material
I bought some of the poly-fil batting from wal-mart today for 6 or 7 bucks, and it seems to be the same thing that was in my M201 and my other penstyle carts, but the stuff inside the carts that came with my SD is a little different it is finer looks like the same thing just a bit thinner.the poly-fil works great no more pre filled carts for me
